First there is no clear communication about cancellation or refund until after you place your order. Then you are locked into another order in six months at est $300+ or if you cancel have to pay the difference.

No refund after 14 days.

Cost me $217 to cancel for a product I cannot use. It causes me distress, I thought after a week or two it would improve, it does not.

I knew the deal was too good to be true.

I took the Bioma Sleep and Night Probiotic formula for 3 months, as it was intended to be taken, and I saw absolutely NO change in either my sleep or my weight. In my opinion, this a big scam.

And now they are sending me more.

I want the shipments to stop and my money returned. Now!

The product didn't work, and the company would not refund my money, spewing garbage about getting a discounted price. I was shocked when they kept taking money out of my account.

Bioma's probiotics don't work.

I asked to cancel my subscription, and they did, but they charged me for another 6 months of product which they will not send, NOR reimburse me for.

Bioma needs to ensure transparency in the selling and purchase of their products, and inform patrons of when a transaction will occur BEFORE they take money out of your bank account without prior, timely notice.

I ordered a 1 bottle trial. Of course, it did nothing, as all the reviews stated how great this product is.

I believe all those reviewers have been paid. Then today, I got another bottle in the mail. Bioma put me on a monthly subscription. I'm trying now to get my money back.

What a joke, don't waste your money! Go for a walk.

I missed the return date by 4 days. I thought that the side effects would subside, but did not.

They got worse. I realize that they have a right since I missed the window of return to not give me a refund, but if you order from them, if you have any side effects, return immediately. As I said, I thought I would finally get used to the product, but I didn't.

Lesson learned on my part. I would not recommend this company because of the short return window.

I've received notice that I have an order on the way I NEVER reordered cause it didn't work at all for mevthe first time. I wasted a lot of money for nothing

The company could ship all products that are sold a a double pack as one shipment instead of two shipments.

The reason Im contacting you is because I am not re-ordering products from you, but you keep charging me for product products first by going through my one account and then going through another account. Ive had a charge on my PNC account for Wyoming now Im getting a charge on my school and government account for biomatter I am not ordering this stuff.

I canceled the subscription right after I got it because when I started taking it,I stated having seizures, I emailed the company, someone called me,I explained paid a 22 dollar charge,and thought I was done, October is here and they charged me 104. Again.

Now they don't take the calls. My bank is saying file a complaint and cancel my card.
