No refund after 14 days.

Cost me $217 to cancel for a product I cannot use. It causes me distress, I thought after a week or two it would improve, it does not.

I knew the deal was too good to be true.

Bioma's probiotics don't work.

I asked to cancel my subscription, and they did, but they charged me for another 6 months of product which they will not send, NOR reimburse me for.

Bioma needs to ensure transparency in the selling and purchase of their products, and inform patrons of when a transaction will occur BEFORE they take money out of your bank account without prior, timely notice.

I ordered a 1 bottle trial. Of course, it did nothing, as all the reviews stated how great this product is.

I believe all those reviewers have been paid. Then today, I got another bottle in the mail. Bioma put me on a monthly subscription. I'm trying now to get my money back.

The company could ship all products that are sold a a double pack as one shipment instead of two shipments.

I canceled the subscription right after I got it because when I started taking it,I stated having seizures, I emailed the company, someone called me,I explained paid a 22 dollar charge,and thought I was done, October is here and they charged me 104. Again.

I ordered the bioma for weight loss and I didnt sign up for any reoccurring orders I paid for the order from my checking account and on the fourteenth of August the company took 104.97 out of my checking account without my permission I did contact them to let them know that I didnt have any reorder and that the product didnt work for me and that I was going to send the unused product back the company said that they are looking into the issue I want to make sure that money will be returned and to see if you can help me out with this matter thanks

Don't say its for weight loss because it is not, I only feel a little less bloated and that is the only benefit.

I was charged twice for the one bottle I ordered, and then their sales team called me to try to charge me a *third time* the next day, saying the order was still pending even though it had been charged. I haven't even received the product yet.

Now they want to charge me more to cancel.

This is a deceptive business practice, along with all the upsell options with no confirmation during checkout. Bioma is a scam, do not buy!
