As far as I'm concerned this is one big scam. And now they are sending me more!!!

I took the Bioma Sleep and Night Probiotic formula for 3 months, as it was intended to be taken, and I saw absolutely NO change in either my sleep or my weight. In my opinion, this a big scam.
And now they are sending me more.
I want the shipments to stop and my money returned. Now!

Bad Faith in Ordering

First there is no clear communication about cancellation or refund until after you place your order. Then you are locked into another order in six months at est $300+ or if you cancel have to pay the difference.

Product doesn't work
The product didn't work, and the company would not refund my money, spewing garbage about getting a discounted price. I was shocked when they kept taking money out of my account.

Bioma Health refused to refund my cancelled subscription for its worthless product after 6 months of no progress, and without any advance notice.

I asked to cancel my subscription, and they did, but they charged me for another 6 months of product which they will not send, NOR reimburse me for.
Bioma needs to ensure transparency in the selling and purchase of their products, and inform patrons of when a transaction will occur BEFORE they take money out of your bank account without prior, timely notice.

This product is such a scam, does not work

I ordered a 1 bottle trial. Of course, it did nothing, as all the reviews stated how great this product is.
I believe all those reviewers have been paid. Then today, I got another bottle in the mail. Bioma put me on a monthly subscription. I'm trying now to get my money back.
What a joke, don't waste your money! Go for a walk.

I missed the return date by 4 days. I thought that the side effects would subside, but did not.
They got worse. I realize that they have a right since I missed the window of return to not give me a refund, but if you order from them, if you have any side effects, return immediately. As I said, I thought I would finally get used to the product, but I didn't.
Lesson learned on my part. I would not recommend this company because of the short return window.

Product don't work and sent another shipment after cancelling. I called and talked on line to someone. Then they sent a form to fill out and join for $40 a month. But said $5 to join .NO
List a phone number so you can talk to a person. I did have one, but put everything into spam. Do not want this bud trying to send back you can't as there is no return address anywhere.

Bioma keeps renewing my subscription that I canceled.
- - Canceled after seizures; $22 charge; October $104; calls unanswered; bank says file a complaint and cancel card; neurologist says throw pills away.
I canceled the subscription right after I got it because when I started taking it,I stated having seizures, I emailed the company, someone called me,I explained paid a 22 dollar charge,and thought I was done, October is here and they charged me 104. Again.
Now they don't take the calls. My bank is saying file a complaint and cancel my card.
My neurologist told me throw the pills away. What nightmare.

Im going to start by saying if you absolutely have to buy Bioma, buy it through Amazon. Its much cheaper through Amazon and you dont have to sign up for a subscription.
Ive seen it on Amazon for as low as $30 a bottle, which is about $18 cheaper than the single bottle price through Bioma.
Now my review of Bioma: It did absolutely nothing for me. They advertise their product as a weight loss solution. I didnt lose any weight at all. As a probiotic, it was no better than the over-the-counter probiotics Ive tried.
Where Bioma is truly lacking is its customer service.
I had canceled my subscription before I was supposed to receive the second shipment. They sent the second shipment anyway. I contacted Bioma to return the unopened, unused package of three bottles and get a refund. Bioma refused to let me return the product and get a refund.
I even offered to pay full price for the three bottles I did use and get only a partial refund. They still refused. Which is strange considering I keep seeing ads saying theyre running out of stock. I exchanged more than a dozen emails with three different people at Biome, and every single time they sent me the same form email and refused to let me return the unopened product and get a partial refund.
Be warned that if you start a subscription, you HAVE to pay for 2 shipments at the subscription price before they will let you cancel your subscription.
I did not see this in anything when I signed up for Bioma.
But even after I offered to pay full price for the 3 bottles I did use and return the unopened product, they still refused to let me do that and get a partial refund. This is a multi billion dollar company.
And they didnt want to refund me $65.
My summary: Dont use Bioma. Its a scam, it doesnt work, and its expensive.
